Bar/Catering Assistant

 

Rate of Pay - depending on skills and experience discussed at interview.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Catering Assistant to join our team at the Marsh Barton Social Club.

 

The club hosts a variety of exciting events, including Ballroom & Sequence Dancing, Ceroc, Rock 'N' Roll, Line Dancing, Skittles and much more. The club are working hard to increase the catering side of the business for private bookings and our existing weekly and monthly events and already have many bookings that will require help in the Bar and Kitchen.

 

The club has live music every Saturday for the Ballroom & Sequence Dancing. There is also a large Conference room and function area ideal for Weddings and parties.

Upstairs there is an additional room with a pool table and darts.

​

Key Duties

           

           Serve behind the bar           

 Prepare basket meals and occasional party buffet

Assisting to clean all work areas after closing

Experience & Skills

 

No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided

Food hygiene level 2 and previous Bar serving experience desirable but not essential.
